Buddy Guy With a youthful energy seldom presented by musicians half his age, the incomparable blues legend, Buddy Guy, brought his phenomenal talents to Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater on September 3, 2011. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Chicago blues pioneer amazed the audience with his exuberance and showmanship on the stage.  He owned the room with his incredible guitar riffs and fascinating stories of “back in the day.”   Guy is credited as the major influence for many of the guitar greats of our time including rock titans like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Guy was backed up by the Michael Williams Band, featuring Michael Williams, the son of Texas blues legend, Junior Medlow Williams.
