Country superstar Tim McGraw rolled into Austin and the Frank Erwin Center on Saturday, April 9 for his second stop on his “Emotional Traffic” Tour supporting his upcoming album of the same name.  McGraw and his band, the Dancehall Doctors, played five tracks from his new album including “Better Than I Used to Be,” “Halo,” “Right Back at Ya,” “I Will Not Fall Down” and his recent single, “Felt Good on My Lips.”  If the audience reaction is any indication, the new album is sure to be a success.

McGraw, who has been honored with numerous music awards, is best known for his 2004 mega-hit “Live Like Your Dying,” which spent 7 weeks at #1 on the Billboard charts.

On tour with McGraw are special guests Luke Bryan and The Band Perry.  Bryan, who released his second album in 2009 is known for his hit “Rain Is A Good Thing.”  “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” is his latest single from his upcoming album.  The Band Perry, recently honored with the fan-voted ACM Top New Artist award, consists of siblings Kimberly, Reid and Neil Perry.  “If I Die Young” is there #1 hit single.
