Viva Las Vegas was in full swing with Hot Rods, Hot Women and Hot Music. The mad man behind this event was Tom Ingram. His vision of rockabilly and 50’s music all in one melting pot at the Orleans Hotel and Casino was the place to be. The event had it all from music icon Mr. Chuck Berry to American Burlesque Queen Dita von Teese was on hand for the event. If you haven’t been to Viva Las Vegas you are missing out on good old American fun. There is so much to do at this event. There is swing dancing in one of the halls, there is one of the best pool parties around and plenty of cars and girls to look at. One of many highlights of the weekend was seeing Chuck Berry on stage. Playing some of the great classic music we come to love. Famous Las Vegas Guitar maker Ed Roman presented a Blues Deluxe Guitar to Mr Berry after the show.

Big Sandy & His Fly-Rite Boys, along with The Chop Tops playing for a big crowd. Dita Von Teese signing autographs for many, many fans waiting in line to see the queen of Burlesque. Cars what can I say, HOT!! So many cars so little time. Tom Ingram out did himself on this event. I look forward to next year’s event and I am not sure how he is going to pull off from the Viva Las Vegas 13 but whatever he does I am sure it will be great.
