August 11th and August 25th are the official release dates for DVD compilation discs of 80’s New Wave Rock Star Interviews (including original members of The Cure, The English Beat, The Fixx, The Alarm, Gene Loves Jezebel, The Stray Cats, etc) and 80’s Heavy Metal Rock Star Interviews who made it big off the Sunset Strip (featuring members of Ratt, Quiet Riot, Dokken, Warrant, L.A. Guns, London, Vixen and more) conducted by TV Host Denise Ames over the past two years on her Southern California weekly TV series “Focus in the Mix with Denise Ames”.
The later compliments Cleopatra Records’ extremely popular book release ‘Hollywood Rocks’, the “Heavy Metal Bible”, according to 
Cleopatra Records President Brian Perera, diving deep into the history of the glam rock scene of the Strip during its heyday: the early 1980’s. These recent interviews were shot in-studio, backstage and on location at various Hollywood spots and reveal a lot of unknown information straight from the rock stars themselves.
