Hardcore Superstar :: Dreamin' In A Casket
Gain
By The Atomic Chaser
'Dreamin' In a Casket' the latest release from bad boy rockers Hardcore Superstar is extremely solid from beginning to end; there is absolutely no filler material on this disc. While some songs are obviously better than others, there is not what I would consider a weak track to be found. Some are based on a very hard-rockin', infectious guitar hook. Others revolve around a big sing-along chorus. The rest fall somewhere in between with a combination of the two. I think it is a safe bet that you'll find yourself singing and getting your rocks off to tracks like, "Spreadin' The News" "Medicate Me" or "Sophisticated Ladies" long after the disc has stopped. Gritty, "In Your Face" guitars and vocals, great rhythms'. 'Dreamin' In A Casket', putting it simply, ROCKS. Every track is a killer. It is quite different from their previous albums, much harder."My Good Reputation" and "We Don't Celebrate Sundays" are stand out classics, but on this release every track goes for the throat and making it difficult to chose track gets your rocks off the most. Buy it now if you like Guns N' Roses, AC/DC or any of the other sleaze/hard rock greats. Summing up, this is sleazy and rocking. Every fan of 80's having-fun-rock'n'roll will dig it. Hardcore Superstar fans will love it. Backyard Babies fans... well, they'll love it too. Is there enough money for a six-pack this It has everything you could want. Basically cross L.A. Guns with "Guns n Roses" and you get Hardcore Superstar. If that sounds good to you, pick this up now! Hardcore Superstar have filled the void missing in rock today. Just as The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and Guns N' Roses have done to music. In this dying need for pure hydrenalin, attitude and fist raising rock, Hardcore Superstar might be the answer we all have been waiting for.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
