If you want an earful of Southern Rock a great place to start is by listening to Lynryd Skynyrd, the band that all but defined the genre back in the day. 'Sweet Home Alabama' is a combination of two concerts. One from the famous German TV series Rockpalast. The first set is from 1996 and features the band at the Loreley Festival. As a special treat for fans, the second set is a bonus feature from the original line-up tearing it up at the Hamburg Musikhalle in 1974 featuring the tracks, "Workin' For The MCA", "Free Bird" and "Sweet Home Alabama". The band goes thru their classics such as "What's Your Name", "I Know A Little", "Gimme Three Steps", "Call Me The Breeze", "Sweet Home Alabama", "Simple Man", A must have for Lynyrd Skynyrd Fans and you southern rock collection. The audio and video quality are impeccable! I mean the sound is killer and the video is crystal clear! This is an amazing concert and the song selection I could not have done better myself.
