Eddie Benitez was born in Puerto Rico on November 12, 1962 and shortly thereafter his parents relocated the family to different parts of Europe, residing in various parts of Spain and Italy. Later in life the family found themselves living in New York City, New York. Where Eddie would establish himself to become a renounced and notable musician.
At an early age of 14 years of age, Eddie began taking musical lessons on classical guitar. Like that of Bob Dylan taking the stage at New York's Madison Square Garden at such a young age so did Eddie Benitez in 1976. This in itself demonstrates his strong talent to reach such a wide audience he captured beyond his years in age.
This experience would lead Eddie into the spotlight of the music world. And to becoming an established, renown, and professional musician. Some of his earlier works are the musical releases such as "Nightlife", "Essence of Life" both albums hit the music Industry with rave reviews leading him to receive several Gold album awards.
The music performed cuts across the platform to the sound of Jazz, Latin, Rock, New Age and classical. Eddie's music is so diverse. His music is divine, highly creative, spiritual, healing, successfully demonstrating his rare, and naturally gifted ability as a genius.
