Supagroup :: Fire For Hire

Foodchain Records / Merovingian Music

CD Review

By The Atomic Chaser

Supagroup :: Fire For HireThe bastard sons of Bon Scott, SUPAGROUP, have returned with an album that should be on the FBI's MOST WANTED list! The band's third release,' FIRE FOR HIRE', is so dangerously lethal, hitting play is like pulling a pin out of hand grenade. Supagroup is powered by, Chris Lee on lead vocals and rhythm guitars, Benji Lee on lead guitars/vocals, and bringing the thunder are Leif Robinson Swift on bass and Michael Brueggen on the skins. From the opening ball buster, "What's Your Problem Now?", the boys have a stranglehold on your senses and commence to rock you like a category 5 hurricane with rockers like, "Born In Exile", "Jailbait", "Promised Land" and the rocking title track. Supagroup are not writing music to pour out their poor, broken hearts. They're not playing music because they're mad at the world. And they're not compromising the essence of rock & roll to fit in with some current trend in music. These guys haven't forgotten the glory days of rock when it was still actually fun. They're keeping it alive! Supagroup will rock you on your ass and you'll love every second of it! These guys put on a hell of a show too, so if they come through your town, it's something you don't want to miss. Rock 'N'Roll with an attitude of a junkyard dog, Supagroup are ready to rock your world once again! Don't listen to this band if you can't take a punch! READY OR NOT HERE COMES THE F@#$%KIN' BOOM!
