Don’t bother  ~

SURFS UP
This story is based on the groundbreaking revelation that surfing was actually invented by penguins. In the film, a documentary crew will take audiences behind the scenes and onto the waves during the most competitive, heartbreaking and dangerous display of surfing known to man, the Penguin World Surfing Championship. Really pretty dumb story and it is a typical one at that guy who worships an idol who dead or goes missing in this show and then kid finds and brings his spirit of the loved sport back into light and focus for the old. Come on penguins surfing, get real.

OCEANS 13
Danny Ocean rounds up the boys for a third heist, after casino owner Willy Bank double-crosses one of the original eleven, Reuben Tishkoff. So the whole film is based on this heist to help there double crossed dying friend. This was ok but predictable and it was based on a revenge plot which is over done.

FANTASTIC 4-Rise of the SILVERSURFER
After the supposed death of Dr.Doom(Julian McMahon) the Fantastic Four think life is back to normal. Reed(Ioan Gruffudd) and (Jessica Alba) Storm make plans to get married, but are continuously interrupted when the Silver Surfer(voice of Lawrence Fishburne) shows up, and Galactus is trying to destroy the earth along with all the other planets and it's up to the fantastic four to deal with them(also Chris Evans and Michael Chiklis), as well as with the return of Dr. Doom. This film took a bit to get started it seemed very drab with the wedding plans and I don’t know what they did to Jessica alba but she is trying to look like a blonde Jolie didn’t cut it for me made the film hard to believe on top of the genre. I was disappointed with the film.

DEATH AT A WEDDING
Chaos ensues when a man tries to expose a dark secret regarding a recently deceased patriarch of a dysfunctional British family. This is a funny movie a bit off but really worth watching.

RATATOUILLE
Remy is a rat, constantly risking life in an expensive French restaurant because of his love of good food, as well as a desire to become a chef. Yet, obviously, this is a rather tough dream for a rat. But opportunity knocks when a young boy, who desperately needs to keep his job at the restaurant, despite his lack of cooking abilities, discovers and partners the young Remy. Its up to the two of them to avoid the insane head chef, bring the rest of Remy's family up to his standards, win his partner a girl, and, of course, produce the finest Ratatouille in all of France. This is a cute film and it ended well.

1408
John Cusack, Samuel L Jackson Based on the short Stephen King horror story of the same name, 1408. As research for his latest book, Enslin is determined to check out the notorious room 1408 in a New York City hotel by personally staying as a guest in the fabled room. With the intention that 1408 is just a myth perpetuated by stories and rumor that Enslin has collected for his past works. However, hotel manager Mr. Olin has strong objections to Enslin's stay and only warns him of possible danger to come. But Enslin is determined to go through and convinced that the horrific past of 1408 is just mere coincidence and a myth. But what Mike Enslin is about to experience is no myth, as 1408 truly is a room where the guests don't check out by noon. What does 1408 add up to??-13 this film has a few twists and just is a letdown.

DEATH AT A FUNERAL
Chaos ensues when a man tries to expose a dark secret regarding a recently deceased patriarch of a dysfunctional British family. This is a bit hard to follow as to why this is all happening until you find out who this midget is there and what for after that it becomes hilarious. One of the children of the deceased takes some pills thinking they are aspirin and he trips and it is so funny plus all chaos breaks out. Very funny in parts.

I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK& LARRY
Adam Sandler (Click) and Kevin James (Hitch) team as two straight guys who stumble down the aisle with the best of intentions. These two guy’s guys always side-by-side are willing to do anything for each other. Grateful Chuck owes Larry for saving his life in a fire, and Larry calls in that favor big time when civic red tape prevents him from naming his own two kids as his life insurance beneficiaries. All that Chuck has to do is claim to be Larry’s domestic partner on some city forms. Forced to improvise as love-struck newlyweds, Chuck and Larry must now fumble through a hilarious charade of domestic bliss under one roof. This is very funny in many spots and in the midst of this you find out who else is gay and what comes of that.

A MIGHTY HEART
The film is based on (Angelina Jolie) Mariane Pearl's account of the terrifying and unforgettable story of her husband, Wall Street Journal reporter Danny Pearl's life and death. This is a true story so the out come of this is not going to be good.

LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD
When a criminal plot is in place to take down the entire computer and technological structure that supports the economy of the United States (and the world), it's up to a decidedly "old school" hero, police detective John McClane (Willis), to take down the conspiracy, aided by a young hacker. If you like an action film this is it a typical diehard movie nothing less. And Bruce says he doesn’t want to do action films anymore.
My Rating ***

LICENSE TO WED
A marriage counselor (Robin Williams) puts one couple through a series of relationship challenges during a the most grueling marriage preparation course ever. (Mandy Moore and John Kransinski) this was weird and cutesy but an ok date flick I guess? Saw it so long ago can’t remember.

GOOD LUCK CHUCK
Fogler and Alba- In order to keep the woman of his dreams from falling for another guy, Charlie Logan has to break the curse that has made him wildly popular with single women: Sleep with Charlie once, and the next man you meet will be your true love. This is a bit farfetched and there is soooo much “F***ing” going on it is nuts. Until he gets a hold on things and tries to get what he wants. It is ok.
My Rating **

BLACK SHEEP
An experiment in genetic engineering turns harmless sheep into blood-thirsty killers that terrorize a sprawling New Zealand farm. Totally stupid and farfetched.

HOTROD
Self-proclaimed stuntman Rod Kimble (Samberg) is preparing for the jump of his life. Rod plans to clear fifteen buses in an attempt to raise money for his abusive stepfather Frank’s life-saving heart operation. He’ll land the jump, get Frank better, and then fight him, hard. This is a really odd film, I personally didn’t like it Cuse it was tooo farfetched for my taste.
