(LAS VEGAS) - Sin City may be identified by big-name headliners like Celine Dion and Wayne Newton, but L.A.-based guitarist/vocalist Andy Walo is rapidly becoming the performer of choice for many clubs and venues in Las Vegas.
-Continues successful Las Vegas shows run with March appearances at House of Blues & Sand Dollar Lounge
-Performs at the 2007 Las Vegas Blues Festival, Sunday, April 15th
-Three Walo songs featured in new Sony Pictures film, 'Dirtnap'
Walo’s tasty blues and rock sounds can be seen and heard during the month of March at Mandalay Bay’s House of Blues (Wednesday, March 28 and Thursday, March 29) and the popular Sand Dollar Blues Lounge (Friday, March 30). Walo also performs at the 2007 Las Vegas Blues Festival on Sunday, April 15 (more details to be announced soon). Andy returns to Mandalay Bay/HOB April 25 and 26, as well as the Sand Dollar Lounge on April 28.
The Silver Screen will see three of the Swedish-born musician’s original songs – “Told You So,” “Flamenco Blues,” and “What Happened To My Power” - in the upcoming major motion picture release, “DIRTNAP,” directed by D.B. Sweeney, starring Ed Harris and John C. McGinley.
