Wow, this is such a great album throughout, even though its just an EP. One bonus is that it's relatively short and there are no wasted, throwaway tracks. Wounded By Honesty should be required listening for anyone who's into punk music. Actually, anyone who loves the new Green Day 'American Idiot' CD should be required to listen to Wounded By Honesty. The band is powered by Matt Karmar on vocals, Ryan Scuffert and Jerry Gregory on guitars, Ryan Moye on bass and Jason Hardman on drums. Like I stated earlier there are no throwaway tracks from "This Time It's Goodbye" to "My Girlfriend Loves Lester (And Lester Loves Me), all five tracks are sure to get your rock and roll juices flowing in hyper overdrive! This is the sound of a band that is ready to take the music world on by storm. Its hard today to find a band who writes their own songs. Wounded By Honesty does this. THE PUNK EP is a great taste and opportunity to hear what the roots of punk music has evolved into and where they came from. This is only a glimpse of greater things to come from Wounded By Honesty.
