Please let me tell you that I was also pleasantly surprised, and your words echoed my personal opinion. Thank you so much for describing so well what only a professional like you can. I went to especially hear that band, and loved it. I thought I'd just mention this, because I strongly agree with everything you wrote in report. Keep up the good work!

Mike Cavanaugh ~ Search For The Hidden Gem Vol. 6-1, Your review of The SOUL DEACONS CD was RIGHT-ON!! I fought with the production end and some (most) of the lead parts and solos I thought were (I thought) lack-luster at Best. I suppose being ill at the time and going through the GODZILLA of all divorces didn't help me mentally. This is in no way an excuse "Excuses never erase memories" but do me a favor and listen to "You've Got To Hurt" one more time when you're quiet and alone.
