How To Enter for The All Access Magazine Music Awards

Submissions are FREE!
Accepted January through Sept 15, 2007!

Groups/Artist may choose up to THREE (3) categories they would like to be considered for.
But, you MUST enter to be considered in any category, And YES, you may enter every year!

Interested Groups / Artists, please send us 1 (one) package containing the following items:

• Two (2) CD's Please
  If your sending a full-length CD, and are entering for "Best Song Of The Year" please indicate which song! If you are entering "Best Album of The Year" your album must be a full length, sorry no demos!
• Bio / Information Sheet
  Please include your name and groups name. Also include the names of all band members, your FULL CONTACT info including, mailing address, telephone numbers, email address, any web site address and a brief description of your music.
• A Group / Artist Photo
  We prefer publicity pictures but live shots are fine.
• Videos
  Please send two (2) copies! All videos submitted must be "Music Videos". Sorry, no live performances accepted. Yes, In the video it may contain footage of you performing live, BUT it music be a music video.
• Make sure your entry is complete & mail to:

Sorry, we DO NOT accept electronic submissions. All material submitted is property of All Access Magazine. It will NOT be sold and sorry, not returned. All entries will be considered viewed and or heard by a panel of judges.

Our panel consist of men and women who are a part of the Los Angeles music scene, some of which you may or may not know. Their names are kept confidential for many reasons.

Our panel of judges will go through all the submissions received. They will decide on the 5 - 7 nominees for each category. They "Do Not" choose the winners. The nominees will be announced in our magazine and on this website by October 1st. It will then be up to YOU to have your fans log on and cast their votes!

All the winners are kept confidential and announced at the Awards Show held annually the first week of November. Nominees in each category will be announced by special guest presenters and the winner will be presented a beautiful marble plaque with the group / artist's CD mounted on it.

NOTE: The All Access Magazine Music Awards Show is NOT a "Popularity Contest." Every Indie band has a chance to submit their material "FREE" and can choose up to 3 categories in which they would like to be considered for nomination.

Then a panel of neutral music industry experts and veterans will review every band's submission to determine the 5 top bands in each category. These top 5 will be the category's award nominees. Then it is up to the nominees' fans to pick the winners.

Voting is done online at www.ALLACCESSMAGAZINE.COM. All the nominees will be listed and ready for your fans to cast their votes by Oct 1st. Voting ends Oct. 22nd! Good luck and we hope to see you at the show!
